I have personal experience as a first home buyer, a landlord, a renovator and as an owner-occupier several times over. Not only am I in love with the hunt of matching people with property, but I have been active in the market myself too - This means that I come from a perspective of having ‘walked the walk’, and can relate to a vast majority of both property owners and buyers too.
I take immense pride in my standards of client and customer care. Vendors can expect outstanding communication from me, and can relax knowing that I am across every detail throughout the process. A hugely important part of my role is to guide buyers through the purchasing journey. Buyers need to be well informed and well supported to ensure they are confident in their decision to purchase your property. I take the time to work closely with them to either get them ready to bid at your auction with confidence, or to put forward their best offers that they are happy with.
With my own children in the local schools and sporting clubs for the next 15+ years it is safe to say I am immersed in our local community and hold its best interests at heart. I look forward to supporting our local schools, clubs and organisations over the years to come through sponsorships and donations, as well as treating clients to goodies from local businesses too!
