About Sarah Frater
I am proud to have called the Eastern Bay home for the last 7 years. My husband and I moved to the area in 2015 with a want to raise a family in a small, tight knit community. After welcoming our first child in late 2021 I can absolutely say we made the right decision, as we have never felt more at home.
I am passionate about all things property. I have enjoyed almost a decade working in the industry, starting out in Property Management before moving into Real Estate Sales in 2018. I believe my communication and work ethic are key to my success and I am privileged to have helped hundreds of families in and out of homes in the Eastern Bay. Buying and selling can be an emotional roller coaster so I set out to remove as much stress from the process as possible and deliver a positive outcome for my clients.
Outside of real estate, my main hobbies are centred around sport; in particular, I am an absolute cricket fanatic. I played right through my school years and even had a short stint in the Auckland Women's Development Squad. While my playing days are well and truly behind me now, I love to watch as much as I can (and dabble in some beach or backyard cricket from time to time). I also love living life again through the eyes of my little one, so quiet days spent at the park or aquatic centre are some new favourite activities of mine.
